This bathroom can also be accessed off of the kitchen. The fully-stocked kitchen has everything needed to cook a meal. Utilize the gorgeous antique stove to cook a lovely meal. We provide all coffee essentials and a complimentary snack basket. On the back deck you'll find the hot tub and plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy a meal or an early morning cup of coffee. The 4 person hot tub overlooks a beautiful nature scene that is sure to create a relaxing experience.
Mimosa Cottage is located in a quaint, quiet neighborhood just a short walk from downtown Eureka Springs. You can also easily drive and park closer to shops and restaurants if you'd prefer. There is a staircase located close to the cottage known to locals as, "Jacob's Ladder." This flight of stairs is incredibly convenient to use to navigate to the downtown district; however, this should not be used for the faint of heart as this staircase is built into the side of the mountain, so it is steep!

The hot tub should be kept at a temperature that is less than 104 degrees for personal safety.
