Enjoy cooking a family meal in the fully-stocked kitchen with beautiful custom cabinetry and unique galvanized metal ceiling. The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and Roku Smart TV. The master en-suite bathroom has a double vanity and a large shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom has a full size bed and Roku Smart TV. There is also a half bathroom located off the kitchen. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee on the back deck before a day of adventures!
You will have full access to the house with the exception of one locked housekeeping closet.

Located in a beautiful area of Holiday Island, this house is a short drive from all you need! Both Holiday Island Rec Center and Holiday Island Country Club are just a short drive away with a 9-hole golf course, pickleball courts, tennis courts and gorgeous 18-hole golf course.
Free parking in the driveway that is large enough to fit a 20 ft boat trailer.
Please note that the jacuzzi jets on the tub do not currently work.
