Beautifully preserved original wood floors stretch throughout the space, adding to the timeless ambiance. But perhaps the most stunning touch? Several of the doors still feature their original stained glass transom windows and atrium, adding to the property’s historic charm.

🚿 Two Full Bathrooms – No Waiting in Line The primary suite features a tile walk-in shower, while the second full bath offers a fiberglass walk-in shower—ensuring everyone has space to refresh after a day of exploring.

Back Deck: A more private retreat, tucked against one of Eureka’s iconic stone bluffs. Enjoy string lights, comfortable seating, outdoor games, and a propane fire pit—the perfect place to unwind after a night out. 

🚗 A Downtown Rarity – Free Private Parking! Parking in downtown Eureka Springs is notoriously tricky—but you won’t have to worry about that. This condo comes with its own dedicated parking space, a huge perk for guests looking to explore the area with ease. PLEASE READ: 1 dedicated parking space in a nearby lot is included (just a short walk away), however this spot is not recommended for large trucks. A 1500 truck or SUV can fit, but larger trucks will have a difficult time navigating the space. If you are bringing multiple vehicles, don't worry! We are lifelong locals and can offer great tips on finding other available parking options!
